Rectangular Vibro Screen
Twin-motor linear-motion screening for high-throughput grading. Two vibrating motors running in opposite directions drive the frame in a straight line, conveying oversize particles forward and out — even with the deck inclined uphill.
Overview
Straight-line screening, built to your plant
Saideep rectangular vibrating screens use two vibrating motors rotating in opposite directions to drive the frame in a linear, straight-line motion perpendicular to the plane of the motors. This produces excellent forward conveyance of oversized particles — even uphill — and can be adapted by the factory to meet special requirements for plant layout, screen performance and environmental constraints.

Benefits
Why operators choose the rectangular screen
- Twin-motor drive with motors rotating in opposite directions for true linear motion.
- Excellent forward conveyance of oversized particles, even with the frame inclined uphill.
- Adjustable inclination — the frame can be positioned at various degrees downhill to suit the application.
- High fluid throughput — the pool that forms at the feed end adds head that increases throughput.
- Adaptable design for plant layout, screen performance and environmental constraints.
- Choice of accessories, painting systems and materials of construction to your specification.

Working principle
Linear motion from two counter-rotating motors
The screen is equipped with two vibrating motors rotating in opposite directions. This dual-motor configuration causes the screen frame to vibrate in a linear, straight-line motion perpendicular to the plane of the motors, producing excellent forward conveyance of oversized particles — even when the frame is in an uphill position.
Maximum capacity is achieved in the uphill position, where a pool forms at the feed end of the machine. The head, or pressure, from that pool increases fluid throughput, and the horizontal vibrating action efficiently conveys oversized particles out of the pool area to discharge.
