Incoterms we offer

Choose how much of the journey we handle. Every quotation states the Incoterm clearly so there are no surprises.

EX-Works / FOB

We supply ready for collection at our factory (EXW) or loaded at the Indian port — Nhava Sheva, JNPT (FOB). You appoint a freight forwarder for the sea leg. Best when you have your own logistics partner.

CFR / CIF to your port

We arrange and pay the sea freight (and marine insurance for CIF) to your nominated South African port — Durban, Cape Town, Gqeberha and others. You handle local clearing and inland transport. The simplest, most popular option.

DAP to your site

On request we’ll quote delivered-to-site (DAP) via a trusted logistics partner, so the equipment arrives at your plant with only duties/VAT for your account. Ideal if you’d rather we manage the whole journey.

Ports & transit

We ship to every major South African port

  • Durban — the usual gateway; best connections for KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.
  • Cape Town — for the Western Cape.
  • Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), East London & Richards Bay — on request.
  • Typical sea transit — roughly 3–5 weeks port-to-port from India, depending on sailing and transhipment.

  • Made-to-order — screens, feeders and engineered units quoted with a firm production schedule.
  • Sea-freight packing — export-grade crating to protect equipment in transit.

  • Marine insurance certificate (CIF orders)

Some regulated electrical goods require NRCS / SABS approval (e.g. an LOA) for import — tell us the product and we’ll help you provide the right certificates for clearance.

Common importing questions

Which Incoterm should I choose?
If you have a freight forwarder, FOB gives you control of the sea leg. If you’d rather we handle shipping to your port, choose CFR or CIF (CIF adds marine insurance). For door delivery, ask for a DAP quote. We’ll recommend the best fit for your situation.
Who handles South African customs clearance?
Your appointed clearing agent handles SARS clearance, duties and VAT. We provide the complete export document pack (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, certificate of origin and product certificates) they need to clear the shipment smoothly.
How long does delivery take?
Production lead time depends on whether the model is in stock or made-to-order (confirmed on your quote), plus roughly 3–5 weeks sea transit from India to a South African port. We keep you updated at every stage.
What payment terms do you offer?
Typically an advance with the balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit for larger orders. Terms are confirmed on your proforma invoice.
What about warranty, spares and after-sales support?
Equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, and we support you with remote commissioning guidance, fast-moving spares and direct access to our engineers by WhatsApp and email for the life of the machine.
