2. Quotations and orders

Product descriptions, specifications and images are indicative and subject to engineering confirmation. A binding contract arises only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it. Each quotation states its own validity period, price basis (Incoterms), payment terms, delivery estimate and warranty terms, which take precedence over anything on this website.

3. Prices, payment and delivery

Prices are quoted per enquiry — typically EXW/FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT), CFR/CIF or DAP as agreed. Unless a quotation states otherwise, payment is by advance with balance against shipping documents, or by irrevocable Letter of Credit for larger orders. Shipping and transit times to South African ports are estimates given in good faith and depend on carriers, customs and port operations, which are outside our control.

4. Specifications and application advice

Equipment selection depends on your material and process data. Recommendations we make are based on the information you give us; final suitability must be confirmed in your own process conditions. Certification claims (CE, ATEX, ISO 9001:2015) apply to the product series and scope stated on the relevant certificate, copies of which are available on request.

5. Warranty

Equipment is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in your quotation or order confirmation. The warranty does not cover normal wear parts, misuse, incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or operation outside the agreed duty. Warranty service for export orders is provided remotely by our engineers, by replacement parts, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under any order is limited to the price paid for the equipment concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, drawings, catalogues and the Saideep name and mark — belongs to Saideep Vibrators Private Limited. You may download catalogues for evaluation; any other reproduction requires our written consent.

8. Privacy

Personal information submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, and supply contracts by the law stated in the applicable quotation. Nothing in these terms excludes protections that mandatorily apply to you under South African law.
