Inline Vibro Screen
Twin-motor circular-motion screening for in-line process flows. Two unbalanced vibro motors generate a circular vibratory motion across the screen, with mild-steel and stainless builds — including cGMP / FDA designs for pharma.
Overview
Circular-motion screening, in line with your process
An inline vibro screen is usually driven by two unbalanced vibro motors. These motors rotate so that a circular vibratory motion is generated for the material fed into the screen. The unit can be manufactured in mild steel, stainless steel SS 304 and stainless steel SS 316 / 316L, and for pharma applications it is built to cGMP standards and FDA guidelines. Quick-discharge units use a single vibration motor that screens and guides material out of the system in a flash.
