High-quality, durable, watertight concrete

Concrete compaction is critical to building a high-quality, durable and watertight structure. Saideep external high frequency vibrators clamp to the formwork mold and transmit rapid vibration through the shutter, driving out air bubbles and gaps so the concrete settles dense and uniform. The result is a stronger structure with a clean, supreme finish — straight off the mold.

Two types

Electric & pneumatic shutter vibrators

External electric concrete vibrators — also called shutter vibrators — are used for concrete compaction of precast walls and columns, precast gutters, concrete sleepers and similar elements. Clamped to the formwork molds, their high frequency of vibration helps eject air bubbles and gaps, providing denser compaction and a supreme finish to the structure.

External high frequency pneumatic shutter vibrators are used for the construction of concrete segments for tunnels, viaducts and bridges. Placed on the formwork, they deliver solid concrete compaction and eliminate blow holes and air gaps.

High Frequency Vibrators — common questions

What is an external shutter vibrator?

It is a high-frequency vibrator clamped to the outside of the formwork mold rather than inserted into the concrete. The vibration passes through the shutter into the pour, ejecting air bubbles and gaps for denser compaction and a supreme surface finish.

Where are high frequency vibrators used?

External electric shutter vibrators are used for precast walls and columns, precast gutters and concrete sleepers, while external high frequency pneumatic shutter vibrators are used for concrete segments for tunnels, viaducts and bridges.

Should I choose electric or pneumatic?
