Plate magnets that guard your process line
Saideep Super Power Rare Earth Magnetic Plates are used in process lines to trap iron contamination from chutes, spouts, ducts and pipelines — or they can be closely suspended over belt conveyors. They safeguard process machinery and downstream equipment from iron parts that can damage running machines such as blades, shredders, pulverizers and grinding equipment. Ideally the plate is positioned so material flows in contact with its surface, but it can equally be suspended over the material in close proximity.

What it removes
From mudballs to broken machine parts
Iron contamination comes in many forms, and the plate magnet is selected to match it. Small particles such as mudballs, pins or grinds are arrested at the magnet face; medium-sized particles like screws, washers and broken or chipped machine parts are caught just as well; and even large segments of tramp iron are held securely.
Because plates are made in different gauss powers, we select the right strength for the kind of contamination you need to eliminate — ensuring clean, iron-free product flows on to your process machinery.
