Overview

Two jobs in one umbrella-shape pad

The bin aerator is mounted in the silo cone and gently injects air through a flexible membrane to fluidize stored product. Its unique umbrella shape delivers a dual advantage — it cleans the side walls of the silo while it fluidizes the material — so bulk solids keep flowing through the cone instead of arching or clinging. Made from specially developed heat-resistant, high-tenacity silicon rubber (food grade) on a stainless-steel structure, it is also suitable for inert-gas purging.
